Courtney and Grant finally got their chance to meet the man in red at Adam's work party. We got to go to Adam's office for treats, crafts, face painting and meeting Santa-he even gave the kids presents. Grant did great up till sitting on Santa's lap- he only lasted 5 seconds. He almost didn't cry, but then we got the wailing "Mamaaaaaa". (Don't worry, as we took Grant off his lap, Courtney informed Santa quite loudly that Grant was a big wuss.....) Courtney was so excited all day, then when she saw him she got a bit leery, but watching the other kids she was good to sit on his lap. Though she was super serious talking to him, and I heard whispered "look at that furrowed brow" from around me. All in all, a success I think :)

Where did shee learn the word wuss. That is classic. Hey we got a camera for our computer. When we get it all set up we'll have to chat. Merry Christmas.
